Increasing Resilience and Personal Wellbeing
and resilience for individuals and organisations.
Using Technology To Foster Resilience And Wellbeing
Founded by academics with the backing of a major London Medical School. We provide services designed to improve mental health and increase resilience in public and private sector entities.
Introduction
Mettleflo was formed in 2022 as a University spin out company, and is partnered with St. George’s, University of London.
Our aim is to enable individuals to optimise their wellbeing, become more resilient and pursue meaningful values and goals. We use digital technology to develop and deliver online and in person courses, apps and programs.
Background
Life can be challenging and unpredictable. Everything can change in a moment and we can find ourselves in long periods of struggle. We all aspire to a meaningful happy life, to feel appreciated, to have aspirational goals, to have good friends.
In our work with students, patients and clients in distress, we became disillusioned with helping one person at a time. Therefore, we created a range of courses in order to help a larger number of people. We felt it was imperative that the course be evidence based. It was also essential that participants could incorporate it into their lives and experience practical changes.
